Using the dashboard

What your team can see and do in the RazPay dashboard.

Everyone in your organisation can view; actions that move money or change settings need the admin role.

Page What’s there
Overview Collected, paid out and net totals; account balances; daily charts; recent activity.
Transactions The full ledger. Filter by type, status and project; open a row for its details and refund history. Admins can Refund a payment and Message payer.
Payouts Payouts and refunds, with your balances. Admins can Send payout.
Invoices Every invoice and its status. Admins can create and cancel them.
Pre-approvals Customers’ standing approvals. Admins can cancel them.
Payment Methods Which providers are connected and what each can do right now.
Provider accounts Under Organization: connect, verify, update and disconnect your MTN MoMo Collection and Disbursement accounts, plus the callback host and server IP to register with MTN. Admins only can change them. See MTN MoMo.
Organization Your team: invite people, set their role, remove them. If you belong to several organisations, switch between them at the top of the sidebar.
Projects API keys and their permissions, payment settings, providers and the webhook endpoint.
Playground Send real requests to the API with a project’s key and inspect the responses.

Project payment settings

Setting Effect
Check wallets before collecting Rejects a payment request straight away if the number isn’t an active wallet.
Maximum single payout Payouts above this are rejected.
Daily payout limit Payouts that would take the day’s pending and successful total over this are rejected.

Payouts, refunds, invoices created from the dashboard, cancellations, settings changes and provider account changes (connect, verify, disconnect; never the keys themselves) are recorded in your organisation’s audit log with who made them.

Sign-up is by invitation: an admin of your organisation invites each person, who joins through the link in the email.
